Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled Game AI Software Engineer to join our team. As a Game AI Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven solutions for game development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop machine learning models to optimize repetitive tasks such as procedural content generation and game balancing.
  • Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to integrate AI-generated content into production pipelines.
  • Train and fine-tune AI models to align creative outputs with the game's artistic direction and style.
  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows for game development, including level design, testing, and asset integration.
  • Evaluate and improve AI-driven workflows for scalability, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Curate datasets for training AI models tailored to game development needs.
  • Stay current with the latest AI research, tools, and trends in gaming and creative automation.
Requirements

To be successful as a Game AI Software Engineer, you should have a strong foundation in AI/ML development, software engineering, and game development.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in AI/ML development or related fields.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
  • Experience with tools for generative AI, such as Genie 2.0 or DALL·E.
  • Knowledge of game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot.
  • Understanding of procedural content generation techniques and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one other language like C++ or C#.
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome candidates with experience in 3D modeling, animation, or game asset creation tools like Maya or Blender, as well as familiarity with cloud-based AI workflows for large-scale creative generation.
