Job Title: Social Media Specialist / Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with our target audience.
  2. Manage and oversee the creation, publication, and maintenance of social media content.
  3. Analyze the success of every social media campaign using relevant metrics.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies to ensure our online presence is optimized.
  5. Leverage social media marketing tools such as Buffer to streamline our content distribution.
  6. Present at conferences and meet with corporate clients to discuss their social media needs.
  7. Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure all content is informative, engaging, and visually appealing.
  8. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to align our social media efforts with business objectives.
  9. Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics to suggest content optimization opportunities.
  10. Nurture relationships with industry professionals and influencers through social media to create a strong network.
  11. Provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.Job Specification

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Google Ads, AdWords, WordPress, social media marketing, graphic designing, Adobe Photoshop.
  2. Experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role is highly valued.
  3. Strong understanding of social media for brand awareness and impressions.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, Google campaigns, AdWords, and other social media best practices.
  5. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics to inform content decisions.
  6. Ability to conduct audience and buyer persona research to develop targeted content strategies.
  7. Familiarity with social media KPIs to measure campaign success.
  8. Good understanding of web design and publishing principles.
  9. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
  10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  11. BSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
