About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our academic team as a Senior Lecturer. As a Senior Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in various nursing courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Curriculum Development: You will conduct classes for courses such as Pharma, Pathophysiology, Nursing Research & Paeds, and design, develop, and review teaching activities and curriculum to ensure high-quality education.
  • Research and Academic Activities: Actively engage in research activities, contribute to academic programs, and strive for continuous professional development to enhance your teaching and learning, clinical expertise, and research.
  • Student Support and Guidance: Provide effective advice, guidance, and feedback to students, facilitate in preparing course outlines, class schedules, and exams/papers, and invigilate examinations.
  • Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you must have an MScN with at least 4 to 5 years of teaching experience at BS Nursing level or BScN with MPH, valid PNC registration, and a publication in a recognized journal.
