Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive our growth strategy and expand our presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing business plans, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on business performance and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a FMCG company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop effective strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to create and analyze complex spreadsheets and presentations.
