Job Title: Senior WordPress Theme Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Theme Developer to join our dynamic team. As a WordPress Theme Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom WordPress themes, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development, WordPress architecture, and a keen eye for design.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Theme Development:
    • Design and develop custom WordPress themes from scratch, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
    • Work closely with designers, front-end developers, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life.
    • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  2. Coding and Testing:
    • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
    • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed themes.
  3. Troubleshooting and Support:
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing themes.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress updates, trends, and technologies.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Education:
    A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Experience:
    Proven experience as a WordPress Theme Developer, with a portfolio showcasing custom themes.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in PHP and WordPress theming.
    • Experience with popular WordPress page builders and theme frameworks.
    • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  4. Design Skills:
    • Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
    • Experience working with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, or Figma.
  5. Communication:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
