About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in coordinating and managing end-to-end logistics processes.

The successful candidate will oversee the transportation of goods, including route planning, carrier selection, and shipment tracking, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. They will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, manage relationships with carriers, vendors, and suppliers, and optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Logistics Process Management: Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Transportation Management: Oversee the transportation of goods, including route planning, carrier selection, and shipment tracking.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with carriers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality service.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office applications.
