Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day workflows and implement strategies set by senior leadership to govern title inventory for all content types and exploitation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and document operational and stakeholder requirements.

  • Ideate and develop workflow improvements and efficiencies through better systems functionality and new technology implementation (e.g., AI integration).

  • Provide operational & technical leadership and quality control, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of workflows.

  • Develop and implement best practices and data governance policy.

  • Perform extensive data analysis across high volumes of all WBD title inventory, as part of several large-scale initiatives across the enterprise.
