Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Education Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Education Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to customers on our medical imaging products.

About the Role
  • You will perform applications and operations training within Nuclear Medicine (NMI), Mammography and US products, maintaining competitive and clinical knowledge.
  • You will provide on-site customer education, including turnover training, upgrades, and follow-up.
  • You will offer professional application support to resolve customer tickets, escalations, and complaints.
  • You will stay up-to-date with current products from Siemens and competitors, as well as clinical trends, to update customers.
  • You will prepare clinical case studies and images to support sales projects.
Your Qualifications
  • You hold a university degree in science or medicine or biomedical engineering or equivalent qualification from a reputable university or college.
  • You have recently minimum 3 years of experience working with Nuclear Medicine (NMI), Mammography and US (Instructor and Operator).
  • You possess excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • You are effective in interpersonal and verbal communication.
  • You are flexible regarding travel throughout and outside Pakistan.
  • You are proficient in English and local language.
