HRSI is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for leading QA for Process Quality Operations in benchmarking with best industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance portfolio for Plant & Operations.
- Ensure Management System for Quality and Food Safety is kept updated & complied.
- Deliver Analytics leading to Operational Excellence through Reports & SAC Dashboards Developments.
You will lead & deliver projects for QA/with Cross Functional Teams leading to Process Optimization, Digitization & Continuous Process Improvements in Plant Operations.
As part of this role, you should have execution knowledge for Industrial engineering & Modern Quality concepts (Time & Motion Study, Six Sigma, SPC etc).
Candidates must also be able to carry out Audits for Quality and Food Safety across Field, Plant & Operations.
You will develop & implement SOPs, Inspection Methods & Standards for areas under scope.
A strong understanding of calibration & maintenance of Process related equipment is required.
In addition, candidates must ensure timely Corrective & Preventive Action for Packaging & Process related Inhouse & Customer Complaints.
The ideal candidate will participate in Supplier Quality Assessment under the scope of Food Safety.
You will build a best-in-class Quality, Food Safety & Continuous Improvement culture.
