We are looking for a skilled System and Network Administrator to oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure across multiple client environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network and System Administration:
    • Administer and maintain client network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies from various vendors.
    • Manage and maintain server environments, both on-premises and in the cloud, using Windows Server and virtualization technologies.
    • Implement and maintain firewalls and VPN solutions to ensure secure remote access and data protection.
  • Security and Compliance:
    • Monitor, configure, and manage security protocols, including intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls, and anti-virus solutions.
    • Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to ensure compliance with security best practices.
    • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Support and Troubleshooting:
    • Provide technical support for system, network, and application issues.
    • Diagnose and resolve issues using remote management tools.
    • Troubleshoot problems across various client environments.
  • Virtualization and Cloud Services:
    • Administer VMWare environments, including virtual server installation and configuration.
    • Provide expertise in cloud services, particularly Azure, to support client needs.
  • Collaboration and Ticket Management:
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide effective IT solutions.
    • Utilize ticketing systems to track, manage, and resolve support requests.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Proactively monitor network and system performance using monitoring tools.
    • Provide regular reports on system performance, uptime, and security incidents.
