About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Growhawk. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to identify areas of opportunity.
- Create customized business proposals and presentations that showcase our software solutions.
- Bid on new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize our sales strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development in the American software industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
