
Production Planning Assistant Leader

The role of the Production Planning Assistant Leader involves coordinating with suppliers to obtain monthly plans and evaluating production capacity to provide timely delivery plans to all production units.
- Plan and execute customer orders efficiently.
- Obtain monthly raw material requests from projects and arrange materials from suppliers for timely production.
- Adjust plans in case of material shortages, follow up on short materials, and address quality issues.
- Update production plans according to revisions received from suppliers.
- Maintain daily monitoring of production units for plan completion.
- Submit daily reports on plan vs actual progress and project efficiency to the Manager.
- Analyze project efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Support production teams in daily activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Department for emergency arrangements in case of production loss.
- Perform special tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Plan and coordinate production activities to meet customer demands.
- Ensure timely delivery of products by maintaining effective relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor and report on production performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide guidance and support to production teams to achieve production targets.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have knowledge of production planning and control principles and practices.
Working EnvironmentThis role is based in an Information Technology company in Lahore, Pakistan. The working environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
