Human Resources Manager Job Summary

Dukan.pk is seeking a skilled and organized Human Resources Manager to oversee key HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.

About the Role:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
  2. Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement while adhering to labor laws and regulations.
  3. Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Paid Time Off: Provide employees with paid time off for vacations, sick leave, and other personal reasons.
  • Employee Onboarding: Develop and facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcome and equipped to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in HR roles focusing on payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and payroll systems.
  4. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
