As a Quality Assurance professional at Reckitt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our Health Division. Your expertise will be instrumental in protecting, healing, and nurturing individuals worldwide through our products and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Directing Quality Continuous Improvement: You will oversee the health hub's quality continuous improvement activities, guaranteeing adherence to up-to-date regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintaining Strong Quality Systems: Develop and maintain robust quality systems, observing and auditing for consistent compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Establishing Quality Objectives: Establish quality objectives within the hub and provide pivotal feedback on regional performance, driving improvements and growth.
  • Serving as a Quality Expert: Serve as a key figure for quality-related information regarding processes and product integrity, offering guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in quality compliance within the healthcare industry. Adept with quality management systems and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements such as Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is essential.

  • Communication and Influencing: Exceptional communication and influencing talents, particularly in situations where you may not have direct authority.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Keen auditing abilities, fortified by relevant qualifications, are seen as beneficial.
  • Business Acumen: Strategic and level-headed when making decisions under pressure, promoting business strategy and change leadership.
  • Digital Transformation: Familiar with digital transformation in R&D and manufacturing to maintain cutting-edge quality standards.
