Role Summary:
This is a challenging and rewarding position as a Health Care Professional. We are seeking an individual to join our team in conducting participant screening and data collection at health facilities in Tharparkar.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately record and enter data under supervision, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all individuals screened at the facility.
- Verify participant information, including contact details and addresses recorded in screening forms.
- Collaborate with facility staff to build trust and provide basic health education on TB, Asthma, COPD, and Mental Health.
- Support overall facility-based screening operations and assist team members as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance the screening process.
- Attend regular meetings, training sessions, and briefings at the facility.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of relevant experience is essential.

- Familiarity with data entry systems is necessary.
- Able to work independently, motivated, and adaptable.
