About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with our sales executives via phone calls. A persuasive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with prospects over the phone are essential requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contact existing and potential customers to present our service offering over calls and tailor pitches according to customer interests.
  2. Follow established sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections professionally.
  3. Maintain high-quality interactions while consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets regarding call volume.
  4. Maintain an updated database of customer information.
  5. Track and document calls, including recording sales records for future reference.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in international outbound calling.
  2. Patient and friendly demeanor.
  3. Fluency in English is required.
  4. A proven track record of meeting targets.
  5. Excellent self-organizational skills.
