Job Title: Digital Project Lead

  • Drive cutting-edge digital projects with a strong technical foundation, agile expertise, and a team-driven client-centric approach.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management activities, from initiation to delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of complex digital projects across diverse industries, markets, and contexts.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of digital projects, IT architecture, and software development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal project teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Scope project requirements, develop time planning, and monitor progress to ensure on-time deliveries and high-quality standards.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, and provide strategic recommendations to support top management decision-making.
  • Gather, analyze, and present project results to key stakeholders and facilitate internal and external workshops.
  • Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Above-average academic achievement in business or engineering/technical studies.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
  • A strong technical background and knowledge of agile project management principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong client orientation, and initial leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with conducting workshops and coaching sessions.
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and analytical/conceptual skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
