Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. This role requires a proactive and highly organized individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Inbound Calls and Emails: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide Timely and Effective Support: Focus on delivering high-quality solutions and alternatives to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor and Engage with Social Media: Address customer inquiries and provide updates across various social media channels.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Developments: Stay informed about new product launches and features, communicating relevant information to customers.
- Coordinate with Internal Departments: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Track and Follow-up on Customer Orders: Ensure accurate end-to-end support and a positive experience throughout the customer's journey.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for prioritizing tasks.
- Superior interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and areas for improvement.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
