Product Manager

Job Summary:

Manage and grow a portfolio of digital products, focusing on customer experience and data-driven insights. Develop product roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate insights and analytics to monitor and optimize digital product performance.
  • Develop and prioritize product enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and track profit and loss with a focus on operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Oversee complaint handling processes and drive continuous improvement in service levels.
  • Work with technology teams to deliver UI/UX improvements and bug fixes.
  • Conduct periodic trend analysis to inform portfolio optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and growth teams to support product adoption.

Requirements:

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience managing digital products (fintech/wealth experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with digital lending, savings, and investment landscapes.
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
