About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to lead our growth initiatives in Pakistan. As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with our global business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Country Growth Strategy: Drive initiatives to achieve customer performance, growth, and penetration targets across product lines.
  • Lead Country Strategy: Translate the country strategy into execution through Business Development, customer engagement, and process improvement.
  • Lead and Motivate a Team: Guide and support business professionals in Pakistan to enhance sales and account management skills.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Find new partnerships, solutions, and verticals that will unlock future growth in Pakistan.
  • Operate in a Matrix Environment: Provide strategic leadership while navigating a matrix structure.
  • Foster Innovation: Engage with customers and prospects to gain insights and drive growth through problem-solving abilities.
  • Develop New Verticals: Unlock opportunities for collaboration with larger customers and enterprises in Pakistan.
  • Identify SMB Acquisition Opportunities: Discover new acquisition channels like mobile wallets, affiliates, platforms, banks, and industry associations.
  • Communicate Market Needs: Effectively communicate market needs and growth potential to APAC and global organizational functions.
  • Support Business Operations: Align with corporate functions, including operations, data analytics, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Recruit and Manage Staff: Coordinate with global teams for training, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive office culture.
  • Represent Payoneer: Serve as the main point of contact for Pakistan, representing Payoneer at events, media, social networks, and other occasions.
