Key Responsibilities
  1. Model Development: Assist in creating, implementing, and deploying AI/ML models for real-world applications using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  2. Algorithm Optimization: Implement machine learning algorithms and optimize performance for scalability and efficiency, ensuring data integrity and high-quality results.
  3. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver innovative AI/ML solutions.
  4. Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI/ML applications, adhering to software development best practices.
  5. Model Evaluation: Support model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning using industry-standard tools and frameworks, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.
  6. Research and Development: Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  7. Integration: Assist in integrating AI solutions into existing software systems, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. Technical Skills:
    1. Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
    2. Machine Learning Concepts: Understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
    3. Data Preprocessing: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
    4. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
    5. Database Management: Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
    6. Version Control: Exposure to software development best practices, including version control (Git).
Required Skills
  1. AI/ML Experience: Internship or project experience in AI/ML.
  2. Natural Language Processing: Knowledge of natural language processing or computer vision.
  3. MLOps: Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment techniques.
