Job Title: IT Support and Digital Marketing Specialist

A visionary professional is required to spearhead our digital marketing efforts, driving growth through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term marketing plans, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Craft compelling online marketing campaigns that shape a brand's voice and identity, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain digital media archives, ensuring seamless content management and optimal user experience.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers, identifying opportunities for targeted initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams to create and promote engaging blogs, advertisements, and social media content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to conduct regular performance reports, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Apply proficient SEO skills to enhance internet search rankings, optimizing content and improving visibility.
  • Lead keyword research and optimization efforts, refining content to resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure all communications and marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and professionalism.
  • Manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track the success of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Report results of marketing campaigns to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Update and maintain the WordPress website regularly, ensuring optimal user experience and functionality.
  • Diagnose and resolve ongoing IT problems, providing technical support and troubleshooting services.
  • Assist employees with basic computer needs, such as setting up new users and managing backup, security, and passwords.
  • Perform routine maintenance and configure IT solutions, including implementing new software programs and hardware upgrades.
  • Hands-on experience in installing IT hardware and software, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in WordPress website management, with a strong understanding of CMS platforms.
  • Professional portfolio showcasing excellent designing and marketing skills, with a proven record of success.
  • Proven SEO and SMM expertise, with a strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on campaign execution and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, with the ability to leverage data insights for informed decision-making.
  • Good understanding of backlink analysis, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and creativity skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand and implement best marketing practices for branding and promotions on major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Superior time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of applications (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress) is essential for success in this role.
