We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:- This role involves planning and managing lead generation campaigns across various digital platforms.
- You will be responsible for optimizing ad budgets to deliver maximum return on investment and high-quality real estate leads.
- Your primary goal will be to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including cost per lead, click-through rate, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Create and execute effective lead generation strategies using data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead follow-up and conversion tracking.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate lead generation, preferably through Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proven expertise in audience segmentation, geo-targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to track user behavior and lead sources.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business automation and landing page creation.
- Ability to manage high-budget ad accounts and scale campaigns efficiently.
