Store Pharmacist Job DescriptionJob Title: Store PharmacistJob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Pharmacist to manage the storage, organization, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods within our pharmaceutical supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organize raw, packing material, and finished goods stores to minimize storage space.
  2. Maintain proper labeling and locking systems in the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  3. Manage stock reconciliation with production, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  4. Issue raw and packing materials to manufacturing against work orders, adhering to lead times and quality standards.
  5. Ensure materials are used before expiry, conducting regular inventory clean-up of obsolete or unusable materials.
  6. Reduce SLOB, damages, and expiries through effective inter-departmental communication.
  7. Maintain warehouse compliance with CGMP requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  8. Adhere strictly to Quality Management Systems, promoting a culture of excellence.
  9. Oversee dispatch of finished goods from healthcare and household sectors, ensuring timely delivery.
  10. Participate in and execute DRAP and other compliance audits, maintaining high standards.
Requirements:
  • Pharm-D qualifications and 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Knowledge of warehousing, ERP systems, and inventory management principles.
