Technical Project Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client-facing projects, ensuring smooth delivery of web solutions. This involves defining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

A technical project manager in our company is expected to have strong communication skills, especially when dealing with technical content. The ability to coordinate with internal teams and resolve client queries efficiently is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scoping: Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Client Communication: Regularly update clients on project status and resolve any queries.
  • Ticket Tracking: Manage, track, and resolve client issues via a ticketing system.
  • Team Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including scope and progress.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:

  1. Technical Expertise: Experience with WordPress, PHP scripting, SEO, Google Analytics, and e-commerce.
  2. Project Management: Minimum 1 year as a Technical Project Manager in a software house or web development company.
  3. Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, especially for technical content.
  5. Location: Must be based in Lahore and have the ability to commute to the office.
