Online Marketing Coordinator Role

This important position involves coordinating and optimizing online marketing campaigns to achieve maximum reach and effectiveness. As the digital advertising landscape continues to evolve, an online marketing coordinator must stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate online marketing campaigns from inception to completion, continuously monitoring ad performance and making real-time adjustments as necessary.
  • Analyze data and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making, collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective advertising strategies.
  • Optimize keywords, bidding strategies, and audience targeting plans, conducting A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign budgets and expenditures, participating in regular meetings to review campaign performance and discuss enhancements.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve ad effectiveness and ROI, providing support and training to team members on online advertising best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, accompanied by 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising or advertising operations.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics platforms, strong understanding of online marketing concepts and tools.
  • Experience with ad serving technology and tracking methodologies, excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, detail-oriented with a focus on achieving outcomes.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and display networks, knowledge of SEO and PPC best practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, proactive, adaptable, and able to solve problems creatively.
