Job Title: Financial Systems Developer

We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team as a Financial Systems Developer. This is a unique opportunity to work on designing, building and maintaining the services and systems that power our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create scalable backend systems: Design and develop APIs, services and data pipelines to support our mobile and web applications.
  • Ensure reliability and performance: Optimize system architecture to handle rapid growth and large-scale user activity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with product managers, designers and other engineers to define, develop and deploy new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable code: Follow best practices in software development, testing and documentation.
  • Manage deployment and monitoring: Ensure high availability and quick incident response.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of backend development experience, ideally in designing, building and maintaining production systems.
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures and system design.
  • Proficiency in .NET Core.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Passion for building reliable, secure and high-performance systems.
  • Team-oriented mindset: open to feedback, willing to help others and collaborative in problem-solving.
