Academic Leader in Islamic and Pakistan Studies Education

We are looking for a highly qualified professional to take on the challenge of Assistant Professor in Islamic Studies and Ideology & Constitution of Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality educational content, including lectures, tutorials, and assessments, to promote student learning and engagement.
- Evaluate student performance through regular assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving among students.
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop and implement curricula that meet the needs of students and the institution.
- Stay current with research and industry trends, incorporating relevant knowledge and skills into course materials to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters, empowering them to make informed decisions about their future.
- Contribute to departmental meetings, committees, and events, playing an active role in shaping the institution's academic direction and policies.
- Lectures should be delivered in English to ensure effective communication and understanding among students.
- PhD Degree holders in Islamic Studies or Pakistan Studies with expertise in teaching methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, including lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students, colleagues, and administrators.
- Strong command of English language, both written and spoken, is required for this position.
- A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students, driving their academic growth and development.
