Financial Operations Manager

The Financial Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing various financial functions and ensuring their smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Accounts Payable Department: Supervise and manage the accounts payable department, ensuring timely and efficient processing of payments.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records, including accounts payable and project accounting.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure that all financial systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company standards and are implemented accurately and promptly.
- Tax Obligations: Oversee tax-related processes, including tax withholding and clearance of tax GLs, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Expenditures: Track and maintain records of company expenditures, providing reports as requested by supervisors.
- Payment Transactions: Oversee all payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Transaction Tracking: Monitor the status of all transactions within the company and with external vendors and contractors.
- Procedure Standardization: Develop and implement standardized procedures to enhance efficiency and create internal templates for use across the organization.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and accurate communication with customers, minimizing query resolution times.
- Aging Management: Minimize payable aging by improving systems and ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs.
- Bills of Adjustment: Ensure timely submission of bills of adjustment after internal audits to minimize advances in aging.
