Job Description:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within the forex sector. Your expertise in digital advertising will be crucial in managing Google Ads, Meta ads, and other platforms to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Oversee paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta ads, and other platforms
• Conduct keyword research and optimization for compelling ad copy
• Implement advanced targeting and segmentation techniques to engage the target audience effectively
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in performance marketing and digital media advertising, preferably in the forex trading sector
• Expertise in Google Ads, PPC, and digital media ad campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
