Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with partners and customers to integrate our APIs. As a Senior Developer Advocate, you will become an expert on our product APIs and help build strong relationships with our partners.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Assist third-party developers in integrating with our platform APIs to achieve successful system integrations.
  2. Deliver technical guidance and training to implementation teams to ensure they follow best practices and resolve any integration issues.
  3. Develop and maintain successful partner relationships throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  4. Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, legal, product, and customer support, on integration launch initiatives.
  5. Share expertise through various formats, such as webinars, blog posts, and reference guides.
  6. Document lessons learned and apply them to the Engagement Model.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date integration documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Significant experience working with customers in technical sales, support, or solutions engineering capacities.
  • Deep understanding of authentication methods, integration standards, and data transfer protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, SFTP, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects across a global organization.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent a plus.
