Financial Director Position

We are seeking a skilled Financial Director to lead our financial operations. As the Financial Director, you will be responsible for executing financial plans, implementing accounting frameworks, and developing strategic information systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and internal controls to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and processes for financial control, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate annual budget preparation with department heads, presenting budgets to top management.
  • Establish management reporting systems and controls for inventory and accounts receivable.
  • Analyze actual vs budget performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounts, with at least 5 years as Head of Finance.
  • Knowledge of financial controls, budgeting, financial reporting, financial modeling, cash forecasting, fund mobilization, and capital structure modeling.
Benefits and Requirements:

Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
