Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation Campaigns:
    Design and execute targeted cold email outreach campaigns to generate leads from decision-makers in relevant industries.
    Develop personalized communications that engage and align with our services.
  • Targeting and Segmentation:
    Research ideal prospects based on company size, industry, geography, and pain points.
    Maintain accurate prospect lists with tailored messaging strategies.
  • Campaign Execution and Reporting:
    Analyze performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversion rates).
    Provide regular reports on campaign performance and lead generation results.
    Optimize subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action for maximum impact.
Requirements
  • - At least 5 years of experience in cold email marketing and lead generation for IT service-based companies.
  • - Demonstrated success in creating effective campaigns that generate qualified leads for service-based businesses.
  • - Familiarity with multi-touch outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) and their impact on results.
  • - Expertise in IT services sales cycles and common client pain points.
