Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our enterprise software product for the homebuilding industry. You will be working on a team that develops and implements software solutions to meet the needs of customers.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Writing SQL queries to validate data integrity and support testing efforts.
  • Understanding customer use cases and ensuring software meets their requirements.
  • Focusing on user experience, implementation, and operational success.
  • Performing system, functional, regression, and back-end tests to safeguard the product from defects.
  • Documenting test plans, cases, and defects in a tracking system.
  • Achieving milestones and sprint goals with scalable, maintainable software.
Qualifications And Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience with writing and executing SQL queries.
  • Ability to deliver quality work on time according to quality assurance best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with defect management software.
  • Interpersonal skills to support a high-morale environment across geographies.
  • Understanding of the Accounting domain is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or JD Edwards is a plus.
Working Hours:

6 PM PKT to 3 AM PKT (8 AM ET to 5 PM ET).
