Remote Executive Support Role

This is a full-time position that requires a versatile individual to handle administrative tasks, research, customer service, and accounting responsibilities from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support executives by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, maintaining action logs, coordinating travel, drafting correspondence, and creating presentations.
  • Manage office operations, including staff files, attendance tracking, onboarding procedures, contract management, document control, and digital filing systems.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, compile summaries, briefing notes, and reports, and support management with analysis and insights.
  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM data, following up on service requests, and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Handle procurement tasks, including vendor management, quotation comparison, purchase order tracking, and record maintenance.
  • Perform financial tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, collections follow-ups, petty cash management, expense control, budget tracking, and financial reporting.

Required skills include proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and office productivity tools. A degree or certification in Accounting/Finance is necessary, along with 6 years of relevant experience and excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
