We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SQA Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise software product. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate the functionality and performance of our software.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute testing strategies to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure thorough testing coverage.

Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and reporting defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records of testing activities. You will also contribute to the development of testing processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, preferably with an ERP or CRM system.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and JIRA.
