Operational Management Role

  • This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the university.
  • The Director Administration shall be accountable for all administrative and maintenance matters, including transport, horticulture, protocol office, telephone exchange, hostels, printing press, buildings, HVAC, maintenance support workshop, and maintenance store.

Key Responsibilities

  • To process cases related to accommodation hiring and payment of rent for university officers and staff.
  • To manage TA/DA claims for university officers and staff.
  • To perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

  • Operational management: Ability to oversee facilities management, campus security, and administrative services.
  • Project management: Proficiency in planning, executing, and closing projects within budget and on time.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
