Infosec Specialist

We are looking for an experienced infosec specialist to join our security team at 10Pearls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and incident response.

• Monitor security alerts and events from various sources to identify potential security threats.
• Assist in triage, investigation, and response to security incidents with minimal downtime.
• Perform security analysis, threat detection, and escalation of potential threats to prevent security breaches.
• Support security engineering efforts, including security hardening and configuration management to ensure security compliance.
• Assist with compliance-related security assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in infosec or related field.
• Experience with SIEM tools, EDR solutions, and IDS/IPS systems to detect and respond to security threats.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) and best practices to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
• Familiarity with cloud security principles and monitoring cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to protect against emerging threats.
• Hands-on experience in incident response, forensic investigation, and threat intelligence to stay ahead of evolving threats.

Desirable Skills:

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+ to demonstrate expertise.
• Experience with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and third-party security solutions to enhance security posture.
• Experience handling incident response, malware analysis, and threat hunting to improve security effectiveness.
