Job Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assisting with general legal tasks, focusing on contract management, compliance monitoring, and regulatory research.

The ideal candidate will provide support to senior legal staff on disputes and contract drafting, contributing to the management of intellectual property and compliance with corporate governance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
  • Conducting legal research on regulatory changes related to data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law.
  • Supporting pre-litigation dispute management, preparing documentation, and liaising with external counsel.
  • Protecting and enforcing the company's intellectual property rights.
  • Contributing to the development of corporate governance policies and ensuring compliance across departments.
  • Conducting basic legal risk assessments and presenting findings to senior legal staff for decision-making.
  • Fostering communication with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and business partners.
  • Managing the company's intellectual property portfolio, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Requirements:

This role requires an L.L.B. / L.L.M with 2+ years of transaction/corporate experience (1 year of litigation experience with a law firm is preferred).

The ideal candidate should be fluent in written and spoken English, have outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and be competent in legal research.

Able to work during U.S shift (5:30 PM till 2:30 AM).
