
Corporate Partnership Specialist

As a key account manager at foodpanda, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategic business partnerships with our existing customers to drive sales and market share growth.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted campaigns that cater to the unique needs of our corporate clients.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring timely support in invoicing, operations, and order-related queries.
- Identify opportunities to upsell our services to existing customers, including gift cards, allowances, and premium offerings.
- Lead and coordinate customer projects, such as marketing and retention campaign development, to drive business growth and ROI.
- Analyze monthly campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Regularly review business performance internally and externally to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Pursue new business strategies to expand our customer base and achieve set targets through proactive outreach and screening for new corporate clients.
- Maintain exceptional customer service by providing quality follow-up on inquiries, pre-sales to post-sales support, and technical assistance to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop innovative tactics to drive Account Growth and achieve set targets focusing on Active Users and Active Corporates.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any relevant field.
- 2-3 years' experience in a client/account management role, preferably B2B account management experience.
- Strong analytical and presentational skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience managing large account portfolios and strong negotiation skills.
- Good command of English language and ability to think outside the box to generate new ideas.
