We're seeking a seasoned marketing strategist to spearhead product development and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing plans, identifying opportunities for product innovation, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve divisional goals.

  • Identify strategic product opportunities, assess market competition, and develop targeted go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product development and launch plans
  • Develop and execute product launch plans, including sales enablement, corporate communication, and procurement initiatives
  • Determine product pricing based on market research data, production costs, and sales projections
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with company policies, industry codes, and local laws and regulations

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5-8 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies
