A high-performing Business Growth Specialist is sought after to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that balances financial objectives with customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify untapped markets and customer needs
- Arrange strategic business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services by addressing or predicting client objectives
- Craft sales contracts ensuring adherence to established laws and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Deliver trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales professionals
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous
- Proven track record as a business developer, sales executive, or relevant role
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Responsibilities will include developing a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
