AI Engineering Opportunity

This role presents a chance to excel in AI and machine learning, driving innovation in data processing, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Machine Learning Solutions: Develop end-to-end machine learning solutions for efficient large-scale data processing and analysis.
  • Build Data Pipelines: Construct robust data pipelines for high-volume data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
  • Reporting Systems and Dashboards: Create advanced reporting systems powered by AI to deliver actionable insights.
  • Custom AI/ML Models: Develop and deploy custom AI models tailored to business requirements, including large language models and generative AI.
  • Leverage Large Language Models: Use frameworks like LangChain and Hugging Face to implement and fine-tune large language models.
  • Automate Data-Driven Decision Making: Build systems using predictive analytics and recommendation engines for automated decision-making.
  • Model Optimization: Monitor and troubleshoot AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities with AI.
  • Ensure Data Security and Scalability: Ensure the secure handling and scalability of vast amounts of data.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) with 3+ years of experience in machine learning and large-scale data processing.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, Dask, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and big data tools like Hadoop and Apache Spark.
  • Machine Learning Frameworks and APIs: Experience in building and deploying large language models and generative AI systems, along with strong skills in developing REST APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Version Control and Data Visualization: Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines for MLOps, as well as proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Database Management and Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of database management and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for collaboration with data teams and business stakeholders.
