Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Server/Host to join our team. As a Server/Host, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information upon request.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
  • Check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints or concerns in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Clear and clean tables after guests depart.
  • Prepare tables for the next guests by resetting utensils, refilling condiments, etc.
  • Process bills and accept payments.
  • Familiarize yourself with all health and safety standards.

Requirements

To be successful as a Server/Host, you should possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a server or host is a plus.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
