Key Mobile Development Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our mobile development team.

Job Summary:

This role involves translating business requirements into software design blueprints that guide the implementation team. You will ensure the implementation team follows the design and delivers projects as agreed upon.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in presales, user experience design, sprint, development, and delivery phases of a project, reviewing the overall proposal.
  • During user experience design, provide valuable input and review wireframes from a technical standpoint.
  • Produce necessary artifacts before actual development starts to provide direction to the team.
  • Provide the development team with a Solutions Design Document containing necessary information.
  • Ensure design is followed during the development phase, documenting any changes to the design.
  • Review work produced by the development team.
  • Provide necessary training to developers and serve as the go-to person for stakeholders and the team on all technical matters.

Requirements:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience preferably in Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native.
  • Familiarity with native build tools, such as XCode and Gradle.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience making important architecture & design decisions, including data domain modeling, application of design patterns, and design using third-party components.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design, along with in-depth understanding of coding languages, various operating systems, and databases.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and software vendors involved in the development process.
  • Ability to analyze and identify potential risks that may cause technical issues and impede business operations.
  • Experience working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
