About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled medical billing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle management team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of electronic and paper claims.

This role requires strong knowledge of medical billing procedures and regulations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with our clients to guide them through the onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition.

In addition to claim processing, you will be responsible for:

  • Credentialing: Managing provider enrollment and credentialing processes with insurance companies.
  • Client Integration: Integrating client systems with our medical billing software.
  • Supervision: Overseeing the management of rejected and denied claims, accounts receivable, and payment postings.
  • Billing: Generating accurate and timely invoices based on sales orders or contracts.
  • Accounts Receivable: Monitoring incoming payments from clients/customers and following up on overdue payments.
  • Customer Service: Addressing client inquiries related to billing and payments.
  • _Collections: Initiating collections on past-due accounts and communicating with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and facilitate timely payments.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and requirements. We are looking for someone who is flexible, organized, and able to work independently as part of a team.
