
Training Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our Training and Development Team, you will be responsible for developing engaging training content to support our business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include creating training content, developing voice over scripts, printing out and filling training manuals, and collaborating with the Training and Development Team. You will also conduct training needs analysis using surveys, interviews, and focus groups to assess performance gaps and prepare the monthly learning calendar based on inputs from business unit heads.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be required to prepare employee training data and attendance data, review and design training programs manuals and library management, and maintain and update training programs manuals as per laid standards. If you have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant major such as HRM or Marketing, and minimum 1-3 years of experience preferably in consultancy, education, or corporate environments, we would love to hear from you.
