Procurement Operations Role

About the Job

Main Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Activities: Manage procurement operations for skin care raw and packaging materials, ensuring seamless supply chain coordination with internal teams.
  2. Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on safety, quality, capacity, capability, and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.
  4. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to supplier performance, costs, and other relevant metrics.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs within the supply chain.
RequirementsExperience & Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Supply Chain.
Skills
  1. Strong negotiation skills and ability to present complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
  2. Results-driven with a focus on financial aspects of procurement activities.
  3. Strategic thinking and medium/long-term view.
  4. Ability to generate innovative ideas that contribute to sustained competitive advantage.

  1. Demonstrate ownership and accountability for execution and results.
