Biomedical Manager Job Summary

As a Biomedical Manager, you will lead our after sales and service department, providing direct support to the sales/marketing team and conducting clinical application trainings. Your primary goal is to ensure timely responses to clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop in-depth knowledge of medical equipment operation, technical aspects, and clinical applications to drive business growth.
  2. Review previous work completion data, future projects, quality assurance issues, new equipment inspections, and client needs to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Collaborate with clients and internal teams on equipment acquisition, installation, renovation, modification, or removal projects, ensuring seamless delivery.
  4. Participate in hospital-wide continuous quality improvement initiatives to maximize patient safety by promoting proper equipment use and performance compliance.
  5. Manage service contracts, assessing cost-effectiveness and making recommendations to optimize resources.
  6. Perform routine maintenance on dialysis machines and other equipment as per service contracts or requirements, ensuring optimal performance.
  7. Maintain accurate records of service performed and keep this information up-to-date for informed decision-making.
  8. Stay informed about competitor activities and maintain open communication with technical departments regarding support matters.
  9. Build strong relationships with clinicians, HODs, and biomedical teams to prepare specifications for medical equipment tenders, driving business success.
  10. Ensure Key Opinion Leaders are satisfied with our product support before and after purchase, maintaining their confidence in our technical and clinical support.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Electronics with BBA or MBA.
  2. 5 years of experience in a similar role with excellent management skills.
  3. High analytical and technical abilities, along with efficiency, attention to detail, computer literacy, and pleasant personality.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong learning ability, and positive initiative drive.
