Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist\
Job Description:\

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. Leveraging your creativity and technical skills, you will work on a variety of projects, including branding, marketing materials, advertisements, T-shirt designs, and digital media, to deliver impactful and engaging designs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Responsibilities:\

  • Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for various mediums, including T-shirt designs.\
  • Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, and apparel.\
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.\
  • Translate project briefs and concepts into engaging visual designs that align with brand identity and messaging.\
  • Use industry-standard design software to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.\
  • Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.\
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and specifications.\

Requirements:\

  • 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.\
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.\
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.\
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\
  • Creativity and innovation, with a passion for creating visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.\
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to produce high-quality designs.\
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities and maintain flexibility in design approach.\
  • Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.\
